Understanding your suffering

Do you feel as though you are constantly reliving the same fears, anxieties and tensions without understanding why? It is not your fault. For thousands of years, our brain has worked like a vigilant guardian whose sole purpose is to protect us from danger. To do this, this survival mechanism constantly looks for ways to conserve our energy.

By repeating what it already knows, the brain switches to « autopilot » so that it can use as little energy as possible. It creates automatic patterns in each of us so that everything can be managed effortlessly.

That is why you may feel as though you are constantly reliving the same suffering.

But sometimes this guardian goes into overdrive. It detects danger where there is no longer any real danger, creating the excess anxiety you experience every day.

This is the painful vicious circle I see in most of the patients I have supported for many years.

My therapeutic work is to help you understand and change this survival reflex. Together, we transform it into deep and lasting well-being.

Give yourself a safe, caring space to awaken your vitality and experience inner freedom again.
