Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions apply without restriction or reservation to all services offered by “Les webinaires d’Antoine Depoid”, a sole trader registered under SIRET number 40044004600037, and to all clients, regardless of their status or capacity.

Ordering a service offered on www.hypnotherapie-hypnose.fr means that the client accepts these terms without reservation, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing. The provider may amend these terms at any time.

The activity is exclusively intended to promote personal well-being. In the absence of diagnosis or therapeutic treatment, the sessions do not constitute medical practice. They are well-being and relaxation techniques used solely to promote well-being.

Services are presented on www.hypnotherapie-hypnose.fr and may be improved, modified or cancelled depending on Antoine Depoid’s availability.

Services are generally offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The client must have a Wi-Fi connection, suitable computer equipment, audio headphones and a quiet environment. Appointments are booked through the website.

Clients must follow the advice and recommendations provided. Relaxation and well-being sessions should not be provided without prior medical advice to people with serious conditions, including psychological or psychiatric conditions.

In case of pregnancy, clients are advised to seek prior advice from a doctor, gynaecologist or midwife. Antoine Depoid may refuse a session when the client’s health is not compatible with it without prior medical advice. Sessions are offered to adults and to minors with permission from their legal representative.

Prices are shown in euros on www.hypnotherapie-hypnose.fr and may be changed at any time. Payment is made by bank transfer online. If a client has paid for a session but cannot attend for an unavoidable reason, Antoine Depoid may issue credit for a session at the same price.

In the event of temporary physical incapacity due to illness or accident, Antoine Depoid may reschedule the service after recovery or issue credit for a later session at the same price.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, disputes with business clients fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris; for other clients, the French Code of Civil Procedure applies.

Antoine Depoid owns the intellectual property rights in the visible elements of www.hypnotherapie-hypnose.fr, including text, images, photographs, graphics and the logo. Reproduction, adaptation or exploitation of all or part of the website is prohibited without prior written permission.

Antoine Depoid has professional liability insurance covering the activity. Liability cannot be incurred for damage caused by a client’s negligence, particularly where the client has not disclosed contraindications when registering for or attending sessions.
